Raquel Torres, DNP, FNP-C
Raquel Torres is a native Houstonian who obtained her BSN in 2008 and MSN, a family nurse practitioner in 2014. As a nurse practitioner (NP), she specialized in providing holistic primary care to individuals of all ages in the Houston area. Throughout her experience, she has worked specifically in woman’s health, general family practice, and geriatric populations. In 2017, Raquel obtained her Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP). She continues to serve the Houston area by empowering her patients with healthcare knowledge and promoting a healthy lifestyle. |
Yeseli Cavazos, FNP-C, APRN
Yeseli Cavazos is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2012 from UTHealth School of Nursing and her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2020 from Texas Woman’s University. Throughout her career, she has worked in various hospitals around the Houston area. With over 8 years of experience as a registered nurse with a background in neurology and stroke, she continues to apply the knowledge in family practice. With a passion for holistic care, Yeseli’s approach to health incorporates all aspects of life and a balance between all areas.
